Another notable female archbishop in Nigeria is Angel Mercy Grandeur. 61yrs old Angel Grandeur is the current General Overseer of the Victory International Family Assembly (VIFA), and she was first consecrated as Bishop in 2009 and later installed as an archbishop in 2021. Following the death of her husband, popular and highly revered missionary apostle and Cofounder of Victory International Family Assembly, VIFA Worldwide, His Excellency, Apostle Moses N. Grandeur in February 2021, Bishop Mrs. Angel Mercy Grandeur was installed to take over the church’s leadership in April 2021 as the Archbishop and general overseer of the ministry. Grandeur is a gifted preacher of the gospel for over 38years of ministry experience, and she has travelled with the gospel to nations across Africa, Europe and America. She is an inspiration to many women, and she is making a significant impact on the lives of others.

Archbishop Cynthia Josephson who is presently the youngest female archbishop in Nigeria. By the installation, she took over the leadership of the church from her husband, the founder and Primate, His Grace, Archbishop Prof. Dennis Josephson, who is incapacitated due to health challenges.
The new National Holy Ghost Church of Christ International archbishop widely called Mummy General was described by the church as “an amiable woman of many parts and connected to God’s mandate in the ministry to liberate and raise role models mostly among the neglected group of humanity for women and families.”
